Requirements
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end programs from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
- Ability to develop and curate high-impact enablement resources including playbooks, battle cards, and demo scripts.
- Experience operationalizing sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish and track KPIs to demonstrate ROI.
- Experience building certification paths to drive seller productivity.
- Proficiency in maintaining enablement content platforms.
- Capability to identify automation opportunities and develop AI workflows.
- Willingness to conduct field leadership activities such as joint calls and deal coaching.
- Ability to balance live training and strategic planning across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own enablement programs from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align GTM priorities and embed enablement into every stage of the sales lifecycle.
- Create and curate high-impact resources (playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, certification programs) for Cohere's solutions.
- Establish KPIs (win rates, sales cycle efficiency) and use analytics to refine initiatives and prove ROI.
- Operationalize MEDDPICC methodology into everyday seller behavior (deal reviews, coaching, planning).
- Build certification paths that accelerate new seller productivity across regions and cultures.
- Maintain and evolve the enablement content platform to ensure global adoption.
- Identify automation opportunities for repeatable work, and develop practical AI workflows that improve team output.
- Work directly with field leadership on joint calls, deal coaching, and in-market visits.
