Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or proptech, including at least 2 years leading or formally mentoring a sales team

Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or proptech.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or formally mentoring a sales team.
Recent lending experience required.
Proven success carrying a team performance number.
Ability to coach and diagnose seller issues related to activity, targeting, or skill.
Working knowledge of loan officer and branch manager decision-making processes.
Ability to sell the product and model the pitch in front of partners.
Comfort with inspecting pipeline and activity data.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Own team's performance metrics including outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application volume.
Coach team through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and live call feedback.
Hold team members to production standards and intervene when performance lags.
Manage weekly cadence of pipeline review, activity inspection, and forecast submission.
Onboard, ramp, and hire Account Executives to maintain team productivity.
Equip team to position the Knock Bridge Loan™ and handle objections regarding cost, rate, and timing.
Maintain pipeline accuracy and data hygiene in MeridianLink Mortgage (MLM).
Escalate systemic blockers like lead quality or operational friction to sales leadership.
Partner with Lending Operations and Underwriting to ensure efficient application processing.
