Job Details

5–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or channel leadership.
Experience within payments, FinTech, or SaaS is preferred.
Strong understanding of partner incentive structures, go-to-market planning, and channel programs.
Ability to translate commercial and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong sales enablement and partner management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to build win-win partnerships and resolve complex stakeholder conflicts.

Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners and execute established partner programs.
Translate partnership strategies into structured programs, processes, and initiatives.
Develop and deliver training sessions and enablement materials for product offerings and sales approaches.
Oversee deal registration and lead distribution in accordance with partner agreements.
Drive partner engagement through joint marketing initiatives, webinars, and conferences.
Support account executives and relationship managers in resolving conflicts between internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain joint go-to-market and product strategies for partners.
Coordinate resources to execute GTM strategies and accelerate partner adoption.
Track partner health, campaign performance, pipeline development, and revenue metrics.
