Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, program management, or consulting.
- Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building or improving operational processes, playbooks, or templates.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, rapidly changing environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for programs and events.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day coordination of one or more FRO launches from proposal to operational activation.
- Manage launch plans involving legal, finance, people, compliance, procurement, IT, and communications teams.
- Own the operational delivery of Founder Residencies, open calls, and Launchpad programs.
- Serve as a primary, responsive point of contact for FRO founders and leadership teams.
- Develop and improve the FRO Launch Playbook, templates, and documentation systems.
- Coordinate handoffs and track operational readiness to transition teams to internal independence.
- Facilitate structured feedback loops to identify and resolve process friction.
