Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sensitive operational and inter-agency support.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Experience in HUMINT, signature reduction support, and infrastructure development.
- Experience in risk management and reduction.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (or 4 years additional equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment.
- Experience managing IT projects, including infrastructure engineering initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the fiduciary execution of a federal IT project from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and burn rate metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage resource allocation and monitor project progress.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and briefings regarding fiduciary responsibilities.
