Requirements
- Experience in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development.
- Proven ownership of a recurring cyclical program.
- Hands-on Workday experience, preferably in Talent or Performance modules.
- Ability to run complex, interdependent workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority across functions and levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting program data.
- Comfort using AI tools for analysis and process improvement.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
- Track record of driving outcomes through building coalitions and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain career paths across 150 career tracks, including critical skills and behavioral expectations.
- Build relationships with subject matter experts to ensure career content remains accurate.
- Partner across People & Culture to integrate career architecture into Recruiting, Onboarding, Mobility, and Workforce Planning.
- Project manage twice-annual performance review cycles end-to-end, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
- Refine and launch manager enablement and cycle communications based on feedback and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with HRIS/IT on Workday configuration and testing to streamline performance workflows.
- Translate program data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
