Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in program and project management, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing project management software.
- Familiarity with Epic, Aura, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and other Electronic Health Record platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
- Ability to work collaboratively across distributed workforce.
- Significant practical experience in project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning.
- Proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple projects running concurrently.
- Exhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and capable of setting priorities with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and company vision.
- Act as the primary liaison across internal and external teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working toward common goals.
- Develop program strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and define a roadmap for success with clear milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless progress, addressing roadblocks before they impact program outcomes.
- Coordinate resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and maintain balance across the program.
- Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of program progress, changes, and risks through regular updates and communication.
- Drive process improvements across program operations, ensuring that best practices are followed and lessons learned are applied.
