Job Details

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and administration experience.
Experience managing multi-site or multi-entity Salesforce rollouts.
Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including leads, opportunities, CPQ, flows, and AppExchange integrations.
Experience managing integrations with ERP and field service platforms, specifically NetSuite or ServiceTitan.
Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams.
Proven track record as a change champion driving user adoption through coaching and communication.
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to branch locations.

Own the end-to-end Salesforce implementation across all current and future branches, managing configuration, data migration, user setup, and go-live sequencing.
Conduct discovery sessions with branch Sales Managers, General Managers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configuration.
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with company sales processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline reporting, and quote generation.
Manage integration touchpoints with ServiceTitan and NetSuite to ensure clean, bidirectional data flow.
Serve as the internal Salesforce platform owner post-go-live, responsible for ongoing configuration, user management, and system health.
Develop and execute branch onboarding playbooks and lead training and change management initiatives.
Track implementation milestones and report progress to VP Operations and executive leadership.
Conduct pre-close CRM assessments on target acquisitions to document migration requirements.
