Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, business technology, change management, or a relevant functional domain.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management initiatives, including impact analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work effectively in technical environments, particularly Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence organizational dynamics.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a change management thought leader across consulting engagements.
- Champion change throughout customer projects to drive user adoption.
- Partner strategically with customers to assess organizational culture and business needs.
- Train customers on implemented solutions and embed change within their organizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure employee voices are heard during implementations.
- Assess organizational culture and influence behavioral change using established methodologies.
- Provide expertise across program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training design.
- Conduct business interviews and facilitate client workshops.
