Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in knowledge management, content operations, or operational readiness.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
- Demonstrated expertise in knowledge management governance and content lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of customer operations or contact center support environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
- Experience with enterprise knowledge management platforms and search technologies.
- Cable broadband or fiber internet connection (10 Mbps down/5 Mbps up) for remote work.
- Experience supporting healthcare or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day knowledge management function supporting customer and coverage review operations.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks covering content quality, structure, metadata, taxonomy, and architecture.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of operational knowledge assets from intake through archival and retirement.
- Ensure knowledge resources are accurate and optimized for consumption by both employees and AI agents.
- Partner with platform, product, and technology teams to improve search effectiveness and knowledge delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of knowledge management professionals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Operations, Training, Quality, and Technology.
- Coordinate knowledge readiness activities for business transformations and policy updates.
