Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Public Trust clearance.
- Previous experience as a counterintelligence or intelligence analyst in an insider threat program.
- Experience in a federal or cleared environment applying NITTF-aligned, Counterintelligence, or FBI Insider Threat standards.
- Background supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions.
- Experience with Critical Infrastructure protection.
- Proficiency in analyzing OSINT, CYBINT, and closed commercial intelligence.
- Technical expertise in User Activity Monitoring (UAM) and User Behavior Analysis.
- Experience conducting supply chain and third-party risk assessments.
- Completion of accredited CI foundational training (e.g., CI Special Agent Course, Counterintelligence All-Source Analysis Course, or equivalent) preferred.
- Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) certification preferred.
- Top Secret clearance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review, correlate, and analyze all-source intelligence to evaluate foreign intelligence or criminal capabilities, TTPs, and tactics targeting US Critical Infrastructure.
- Provide direct analytical backing to Insider Risk investigations, operations, damage assessments, and intelligence inquiries.
- Collaborate with and provide technical expertise to insider risk analysts using User Activity Monitoring (UAM) and User Behavior Analysis.
- Perform retrospective analysis, evaluate travel disclosures, and identify technical and behavioral indicators of compromise.
- Conduct third-party organizational and vendor risk assessments and prepare vulnerability reports for senior leaders.
- Perform cyber due diligence including analysis of technology stacks, DNS, IPs, ransomware susceptibility, and financial impact.
- Independently author intelligence reports, finished formal analytic products, FOCI threat advisories, and strategic assessments.
