Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in customer operations, data analysis, business analysis, or a closely related field, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of drug reimbursement, pharmaceutical pricing, or drug rebate processes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive automation, tooling, or workflow improvements.
- Strong analytical capabilities and practical experience working with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate analytical findings effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence working with external stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with sensitive healthcare, pricing, and rebate data.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end rebate management process for Canadian pharmaceutical and healthcare payer customers, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution.
- Coordinate closely with customers, external partners, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve operational questions or issues.
- Develop deep expertise in Canadian drug reimbursement, pricing, and rebate-management processes and act as a subject matter expert across the organization.
- Translate Canadian market and operational expertise into concrete product improvements, automation opportunities, and tooling enhancements.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively develop or support improvements.
- Execute and support data analytics projects, including retrospective rebate analysis and other customer-focused analytical initiatives.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Present analytical results to customers, respond to inquiries, and explain rebate-management processes in a clear and accessible manner.
- Support customer onboarding activities related to data analytics and rebate management.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve Canadian-specific functionality and operational capabilities.
