Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in customer operations, data analysis, business analysis, or a closely related field, preferably within healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of drug reimbursement, pharmaceutical pricing, or drug rebate processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive automation, tooling, or workflow improvements.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and practical experience working with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate analytical findings effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence working with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with sensitive healthcare, pricing, and rebate data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end rebate management process for Canadian pharmaceutical and healthcare payer customers, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution.
  • Coordinate closely with customers, external partners, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve operational questions or issues.
  • Develop deep expertise in Canadian drug reimbursement, pricing, and rebate-management processes and act as a subject matter expert across the organization.
  • Translate Canadian market and operational expertise into concrete product improvements, automation opportunities, and tooling enhancements.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively develop or support improvements.
  • Execute and support data analytics projects, including retrospective rebate analysis and other customer-focused analytical initiatives.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Present analytical results to customers, respond to inquiries, and explain rebate-management processes in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Support customer onboarding activities related to data analytics and rebate management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve Canadian-specific functionality and operational capabilities.
