Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
- Proven ability to independently own learning deliverables and workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
- Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and consulting skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Articulate 360.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning or a comparable LMS strongly preferred.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or sales enablement environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate priorities into learning objectives.
- Design and develop practical learning experiences across modalities like instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits, job aids, and assessments.
- Manage learning projects from discovery through development, launch, and evaluation.
- Coordinate content development cycles across multiple stakeholders.
- Implement learning experiences in Workday Learning and conduct quality assurance testing.
- Define measurement strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness and learner experience.
