Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or L&D.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning approaches.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and consulting skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and learning/content development tools such as Articulate 360.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client-oriented, performance-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI-enabled tools for learning development.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or sales enablement is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning or another LMS is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Go-To-Market leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate priorities into effective solutions.
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to determine optimal learning modalities and strategies.
- Manage assigned learning projects independently from discovery through launch and evaluation.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and reinforcement resources.
- Coordinate content review cycles across cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use learning technology and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of content development.
