Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or services sales, client partnering, or alliance leadership.
- Strong ServiceNow ecosystem experience.
- Proven success in new-logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex enterprise services deals.
- Strong executive presence with experience leading conversations with C-level and VP-level decision-makers.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform, core workflows, and architecture.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technology capabilities into clear business value.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional account and delivery teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute proactive prospecting and partner-driven pipeline strategies for net-new services opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations with executives and stakeholders to translate business challenges into transformation roadmaps.
- Develop industry and function-specific points of view to create demand and open new opportunities.
- Own the full opportunity lifecycle from qualification and solution shaping through SOW development and negotiation.
- Orchestrate internal delivery teams, architects, and subject-matter experts to develop commercial proposals.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting across multiple concurrent pursuits.
- Communicate business value of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including AI and workflow automation.
