Requirements
- 2–4+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a high school education.
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; sales-focused education preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and CRM dashboards.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing advanced PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks.
- Strong listening and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand financial statements, including tax returns and profit-and-loss statements.
- Basic knowledge of lender underwriting criteria and credit requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build professional credibility.
- Must be available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, typically less than 10%.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and lead-generation activities by reviewing client databases and conducting outreach to revive dormant leads.
- Support clients throughout the practice transition lifecycle, including valuation, listing and sale activities, due diligence, and closing.
- Partner with regional sales managers and consultants to organize market-facing seminars and coordinate promotional materials.
- Maintain communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and advisors to ensure accurate information transfer and adherence to transaction timelines.
- Enhance the valuation experience by interviewing clients and gathering financial and operational information.
- Support listings and closings by maintaining practice profiles, monitoring checklists, and coordinating documentation.
- Conduct buyer intake, including assessing financial needs and managing confidentiality agreements.
- Coordinate introductions to lenders and educate buyers on financing considerations.
