Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or business transformation, including significant enterprise or cross-functional experience.
  • Demonstrated success setting organizational-level data and automation priorities.
  • Proven ability to transform ambiguous, cross-functional business challenges into clear, buildable data and automation requirements.
  • Experience operating as a senior strategic peer to Technology or Data Platform organizations, influencing strategy without owning engineering.
  • Strong track record of identifying and delivering business process automation at scale, including applying AI or machine learning.
  • Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
  • Ability to establish, communicate, and defend priorities with senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with modern data platform concepts, including cloud data warehousing, self-service BI tools, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones in a distributed work environment.
  • Experience establishing or scaling an enterprise BI or analytics capability is preferred.
  • Experience in post-merger or integration environments is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or BPaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set enterprise priorities for operational reporting, dashboards, analytics, and automation, ensuring stakeholders have trusted, decision-ready information.
  • Lead business intelligence and analytics initiatives that generate actionable insights for Operations, Product, and executive leadership.
  • Identify and drive business process automation opportunities, including the practical application of AI and machine learning to improve efficiency.
  • Translate ambiguous and complex business priorities into clear, actionable data and technology requirements for platform teams.
  • Serve as the primary business-side partner to Data, Product, and Technology teams to own requirements definition and solution validation.
  • Influence long-term data strategy by integrating operational priorities into platform and architecture planning.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of initiatives based on operational impact and business value.
  • Represent business needs in technology governance and investment planning forums.
  • Establish clear accountability between business-facing priorities and technical platform ownership.
  • Ensure all reporting and automation initiatives are tied to measurable operational outcomes.
