Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in medtech, digital health, healthcare AI, diagnostics, or product innovation.
- Advanced degree requirements: 12+ years with a Master’s degree, or 8+ years with a PhD or MD.
- Deep background in technology innovation, product management, or program leadership.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and cardiovascular diagnostics.
- Proven experience with data science, digital health, deep neural networks, and foundation models.
- Expertise in translating emerging technologies into funded programs and launched products.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools, including LLMs, agentic systems, and AI-assisted software development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of early-stage technology initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and clinical priorities.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions.
- Act as the primary operational leader for the Innovation Committee and Advanced Technologies function.
- Lead the development of investment-grade Product Concept Documents including clinical needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Corporate Strategy to evaluate partnerships, licensing, and M&A opportunities.
- Guide cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Regulatory, and Commercial to prototype and validate solutions.
- Manage Advanced Technology budgets and headcount while ensuring milestone delivery.
