Requirements
- Active Utah license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience providing therapy in outpatient, community-based, or telehealth settings.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and virtual care technology.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to upholding clinical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Complete client evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth.
- Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and progress.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Review outcomes and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
