Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, SaaS operations, IT business operations, or related discipline.
- Experience managing enterprise software or hardware contracts end-to-end including negotiation, renewal, and spend tracking.
- Experience managing people or demonstrated readiness to take on people management.
- Experience partnering across IT, finance, and business teams to manage budget and vendor relationships.
- Strong data management and analysis skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Experience with SaaS procurement and license optimization.
- Experience managing hardware or IT asset operations across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Own SaaS budget, forecasting, and license management across enterprise platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships for SaaS and hardware contracts.
- Oversee hardware and logistics operations including inventory forecasting and procurement.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports.
- Partner with business systems analysts on process design and systems support.
- Build operating rhythms including budget tracking, vendor scorecards, and renewal calendars.
- Partner with IT, Sales, and R&D leadership on platform backlog and renewal decisions.
