Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
- Demonstrated cross-functional outcomes with measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong skills in scoping ambiguous work and sequencing dependencies.
- Ability to drive outcomes through teams without direct reporting authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
- Analytical fluency with data warehouse or BI tooling.
- Experience with AI-assisted analysis.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or logistics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs at once, each with a defined end state and published status.
- Push programs to completion through Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
- Identify operational workflows, quantify costs, and design automated or consolidated replacements.
- Produce program analysis using data, reporting stacks, and AI tooling.
- Document programs upon completion and transition to permanent owners with trackable metrics.
- Prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates to the leadership team.
- Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics deliverables.
