Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Experience launching new products or service offerings.
- Strong bias to action; comfortable operating with ambiguity and staying focused on outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Experience building and running internal operating cadences, including business reviews and planning cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including launching and scaling new products and services.
- Develop strategies grounded in business goals and market dynamics using rigorous analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Finance to align on priorities and remove blockers.
- Establish and manage the division operating rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive group-wide prioritization and maintain visibility into initiative KPIs.
- Serve as a member of the Porch Consumer Services leadership team.
