Requirements
- 4-7 years post-undergrad experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff work.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong skills in scoping ambiguous work and sequencing dependencies.
- Experience delivering outcomes through cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to present to and influence leadership teams.
- Fluency in BI and data warehouse tooling.
- Experience with AI-assisted analysis.
- Track record of achieving measurable, cross-functional outcomes.
- Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and dependency owners.
- Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Identify operational workflows and implement consolidated or automated replacements.
- Produce analysis for program decisions using company data stacks and AI tooling.
- Document completed programs and transition them to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
- Prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates for the leadership team.
- Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and business operations analytics.
