Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or a related function.
- Experience leading complex, cross-departmental work and partnering with senior leaders.
- Experience developing frameworks in fluid environments.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive end-to-end accountability.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership.
- Experience supporting an executive or leadership team (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or a related industry (preferred).
- Experience with organizational planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and executive dashboards (preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Slides (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including meetings, planning cycles, and priority reviews.
- Develop mechanisms for tracking organizational priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Develop executive-level reporting to provide visibility into organizational performance and risks.
- Manage annual and ongoing organizational planning processes, translating priorities into clear goals and timelines.
- Support administrative and financial planning, including budget tracking and coordination with Finance.
- Lead select priorities to ensure clear ownership and resolution across team members.
- Improve organizational workflows and decision-making processes to increase team effectiveness.
- Summarize complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
