Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, SaaS operations, IT business operations, or related discipline.
- Experience managing enterprise software or hardware contracts end-to-end including negotiation and renewal.
- Experience managing people or demonstrated readiness to take on people management.
- Experience partnering across IT, finance, and business teams to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Strong data management and analysis skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience with SaaS procurement and license optimization at a company of comparable scale.
- Experience managing hardware or IT asset operations across multiple regions.
- Ability to build process, reporting, and a team from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own SaaS budget, forecasting, and license management across Core IT's enterprise platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships for Core IT's SaaS and hardware contracts.
- Oversee hardware and logistics operations across five regions including procurement and inventory.
- Manage and develop direct reports, setting priorities and growing team capabilities.
- Partner with business systems analysts on process design and systems support.
- Establish an operating rhythm including budget tracking, vendor scorecards, and reporting.
