Requirements
- Must be a HCPC registered practitioner (Practitioner Psychologist, OT, or SALT).
- Must be an RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse).
- Must be a BABCP registered CBT therapist.
- Demonstrable experience working with children, young people, and families.
- Proven track record of driving measurable clinical improvements.
- Experience in clinical governance, including conducting audits and developing SOPs.
- Experience working meaningfully with experts by experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving digital health environment.
- Ability to represent clinical services externally to stakeholders and commissioners.
Responsibilities
- Shape the clinical direction, ensure quality, and foster innovation within the Integrated Therapy team.
- Oversee and provide direct involvement in complex cases while assessing clinical outcomes.
- Drive measurable improvement by identifying process gaps, testing changes, and embedding effective practices.
- Drive clinical governance through audits, compliance support, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support and coach other people managers to drive team performance.
- Represent Healios to NHS partners, commissioners, and professional bodies.
- Involve experts by experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Operations, Governance, and Learning and Development teams.
