Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst in the insurance industry on the Polish market
- Experience analyzing business needs and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Proficiency with UML diagrams and BPMN notation
- SQL knowledge for data analysis
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level for international environments
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- TIA system knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze needs to understand business and system processes
- Develop business and system requirements as a foundation for project development
- Create solution architecture plans and detailed technical documentation
- Organize and conduct workshops with stakeholders
- Support testing processes and verify compliance of solutions with requirements
- Prepare and present recommendations and reports according to market, banking, and legal standards
- Optimize business and system processes by proposing innovative solutions
- Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation actions
