- Proven experience in the insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience using modern AI-assisted tools in a professional capacity.
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the project start.
- Experience in interface design.
- Experience in gathering and documenting project requirements.
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with direct customer communication and presenting technical solutions.
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling notations.
- Understanding of UX competencies.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
