Job Details

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
Experience in product and analytical roles including backlog management.
Strong skills in requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process modeling.
Experience in complex system transformation, implementation, or migration projects.
Experience in mortgage products and related servicing processes.
Knowledge of Core Banking environments, account management, and transaction handling.
Strong data analysis skills for requirement verification and decision support.
Experience working with software development teams in Agile methodology.
Ability to align needs and priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business and technical teams.

Manage and prioritize the backlog for specific solution areas.
Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into roadmaps, epics, functionality, and user stories.
Establish priorities based on business value, technical dependencies, risks, and regulatory requirements.
Perform analysis of existing processes, systems, data flows, and user paths.
Define functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process models.
Conduct workshops and analytical sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze transactional and operational data to verify assumptions and support decision-making.
Ensure consistency of requirements throughout development, testing, and deployment stages.
Verify delivered functionality for compliance with requirements and expected behavior.
