Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Experience with designing API, architecture, data models, and business processes.
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN.
- Knowledge of REST and gRPC models.
- Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability.
- Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills.
- Basic SQL skills.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns (bonus).
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Kafka (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions, architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Create clear technical specifications and service requirements for development teams.
- Manage end-to-end product development requirements.
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure a unified product development approach.
- Analyze complex issues on production and find effective solutions.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle from initial idea to launch.
