Requirements
- Strong product thinking with experience in strategy, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing.
- Skilled in visual and interaction design with the judgment to know when designs are ready to ship.
- Proficiency in designing and building with AI tooling.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity by setting clear directions early.
- Experience designing for data-dense products where complex data must be made legible.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience iterating on features and working within a design system.
Responsibilities
- Design features and improvements that are high quality and ship quickly.
- Use and evolve the internal design system.
- Design new features from scratch and iterate on existing features.
- Choose appropriate tools for design or code prototyping to explore and validate ideas.
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers to ensure high-quality design decisions.
- Conduct customer research to understand user motivations and challenges.
- Design interfaces for supervised AI agents that allow retailers to review, trust, and approve autonomous work.
