Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach hiring managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in candidate communication and contract generation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with outstanding conversational agility.
- Active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for technical (Engineering, Product) and business (Sales, Ops, Marketing) roles.
- Support the design and execution of frictionless pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
- Source passive candidates using creative strategies, AI-powered tools, and direct outreach.
- Deliver a fast, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines.
- Optimize recruitment operations using data to track conversion metrics and shorten time-to-hire.
- Champion inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation standards.
