Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and technology partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the Central region.
- Preferred experience in technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region, including customer events, executive programs, conferences, sponsorships, and partner engagements.
- Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and company objectives.
- Present program plans, campaign updates, post-event recaps, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracts, catering, shipping, audiovisual requirements, signage, promotional items, and attendee communications.
- Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing to maximize event participation and follow-up.
- Measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, ROI, and sponsorship performance.
- Coordinate co-branded marketing initiatives and manage partner communications.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, and email communications aligning with brand standards.
