Responsibilities
- Support live projects across core business functions and track key performance indicators.
- Improve internal operational workflows.
- Rotate through 2–3 core functions including Growth, Operations, Product, or Monetization.
- Lead scoped initiatives and own small performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects and manage junior team members.
- Design and implement scalable operational systems.
- Own a specific function or major initiative as part of management evaluation.
