Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, advanced formulas).
- Strong SQL skills (data extraction, joins, query optimization).
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to support business decision-making through financial and operational data.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker preferred.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and rolling financial projections.
- Query, extract, and analyze data using SQL and perform variance analysis.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and board-level presentations.
- Validate financial and operational data to ensure reporting integrity and governance.
