Requirements
- Proven experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel managers.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning).
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data mapping, and root-cause analysis.
- Exceptional precision in handling financial and guest records.
- Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection for video coaching sessions.
Responsibilities
- Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies before they impact customers.
- Coach hoteliers on interpreting metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.
- Translate technical reporting concepts into plain language for clients.
- Partner with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve data interpretation.
