Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
- Deep functional expertise in ADP Workforce Now (configuration, reporting, security roles, integrations).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end business process design, from requirements to launch.
- Strong background in process automation and using AI-assisted tooling for workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated data management skills, including custom report building and quality auditing.
- Experience with SOX compliance or audit-related documentation and controls.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical system information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, and system health.
- Design and execute business processes from requirements gathering to post-launch validation.
- Oversee all system integrations across payroll, benefits, and finance platforms.
- Lead technical workstreams and represent People Operations in cross-functional projects.
- Implement process automations to replace manual workflows and increase efficiency.
- Maintain SOX-ready documentation, audit logs, and compliance evidence.
- Establish data governance standards and build custom dashboards for leadership stakeholders.
