Requirements

  • Proven track record of systemising growth in a programme or service.
  • Experience scaling programmes while maintaining quality, impact, and safety.
  • Credibility at C-suite and boardroom level with experience in public representation.
  • Experience opening institutional routes into schools via MATs or regional groupings.
  • Strong background in leading distributed delivery functions and defining standards.
  • Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and outcomes frameworks.
  • Experience in a regulated youth-facing organization with a focus on safeguarding.
  • Passion for STEM, diversity, and using technology for social good.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline forecasting.
  • Enhanced DBS check and Level 3 Leading on Safeguarding training required.
  • Ability to travel to London at least monthly for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Implement growth architecture to scale the charity's impact through regional hubs.
  • Manage relationships with schools, educators, and system-level partners like MATs.
  • Oversee the quality, impact, and safety of programme delivery across a distributed team.
  • Build and convert pipelines for regional industry partners and employers.
  • Design and utilize outcomes frameworks for monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
  • Lead and develop teams through growth and organizational change.
  • Represent the charity at senior education, government, and policy forums.
