Requirements
- 4+ years of music industry and royalty functional experience (artist and copyright).
- Proven experience with complex music and royalty data migrations.
- Large systems development and implementation project management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to validate complex data reconciliations.
- Demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations and cross-functional project management.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office, and Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets).
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
- Experience eliciting cooperation from diverse sources and influencing internal/external staff.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent combination of 8+ years experience.
- Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Jira preferred.
- Experience managing 3rd party contractors and offshore resources preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage EROS (Artist Royalties and Copyright) migration projects, including testing and deployment.
- Perform month-end support by monitoring jobs and resolving issues for financial close.
- Execute projects for new label acquisitions, including sales migration, testing, and configuration.
- Manage Copyright application implementation projects including test case creation and user training.
- Oversee the EROS Copyright Change Management process.
- Support Copyright audits through data extraction and reconciliation.
