Requirements
- Education or significant practical experience with Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong focus on GTM, Sales, or Customer Success systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing software engineers.
- Working fluency with LLM-based systems including prompting, agent design, and evaluation.
- Applied knowledge of ML concepts such as propensity/intent scoring.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and delivering complex technical solutions like custom applications or advanced automation.
- Ability to be accountable for GTM metrics such as pipeline for new logo and expansion.
- Proficiency with automation platforms such as n8n.
- Experience configuring human-in-the-loop automation levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead an existing team of 2 GTM Engineers.
- Define and own the automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organization.
- Build production-level automations using platforms like n8n.
- Guide the GTM organization through periods of significant innovation by leveraging new technologies.
- Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure built solutions are adopted and utilized in the field.
- Identify and centralize shadow systems into shared capabilities.
- Democratize automation and AI through documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to analytics capabilities and understand the importance of the semantic layer.
