Requirements
- 10+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience in B2B global markets.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-tech, automotive, or SaaS-driven environment.
- Strong consultative sales experience and/or training.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Track record of successfully managing global accounts and driving customer retention.
- Understanding of global fleet customer needs, including uptime, TCO, and business objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex business challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conventions, and industry events.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Drive global expansion efforts by growing existing business and acting as the primary contact for key global accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, fleet managers, and key stakeholders worldwide.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans tailored to each client’s needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Forecast and track key sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual revenue forecasts.
- Maintain account updates and opportunities within HubSpot.
- Travel globally to client sites to foster and strengthen relationships.
