Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the company for all levels and functions.
- Screen inbound applicants to provide hiring managers with time-saving shortlists.
- Manage interviews, debriefs, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain the ATS to ensure data is clean and current.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate search requirements and address potential stalls.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
