Requirements
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, or local marketing.
- Experience supporting multi-unit, franchise, or distributed business models preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms.
- Ability to interpret marketing results and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, field teams, agency partners, vendors, and support center stakeholders.
- Support local marketing programs, promotions, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop franchise communications, presentations, training materials, and marketing resources.
- Support HubKonnect onboarding, training, and utilization of local marketing tools.
- Assist franchisees with New Restaurant Opening (NRO) and remodel marketing planning and execution.
- Support local SEO, business listings management, online presence updates, and review-related inquiries.
- Coordinate local creative requests and facilitate asset development through approved partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing activations and franchise needs.
