Requirements
- At least five years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated campaigns.
- Experience marketing to Public Sector audiences, ideally across federal, state, local, or education markets.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or workforce development is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of Public Sector audiences, sales cycles, procurement considerations, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to identify priorities and develop account-engagement plans.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot.
- Ability to balance strategic planning, creative thinking, analysis, and execution.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the Public Sector field marketing strategy from planning through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization, across federal, state, local, and education markets.
- Partner with Public Sector Sales leadership to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with pipeline, revenue, account priorities, and business objectives.
- Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns for Public Sector audiences, combining digital programs, content, webinars, executive engagement, ABM, events, and partner initiatives.
- Develop targeted ABM and account engagement programs for priority agencies, organizations, and strategic opportunities.
- Translate Hack The Box’s value proposition for Public Sector audiences, working closely with Product Marketing and Content to adapt global messaging.
- Develop pre- and post-event strategies that extend conferences and field activities into broader demand-generation programs.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Sales to build joint demand-generation programs with channel partners, government contractors, and resellers.
- Establish and track program KPIs including account engagement, qualified pipeline, and influenced revenue.
