Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio of impactful digital product outcomes.
- Exceptional visual design craft with a portfolio showcasing modern, user-centered digital experiences.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Demonstrated success designing responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Experience designing complex user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and research.
- Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for medical benefits products and services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners to develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices.
- Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders.
- Support and contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable design standards.
