Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital agency, e-commerce, growth, or media performance role.
- Experience working in a multi-client or multi-account environment.
- Direct experience working with e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.
- High level of operational proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of main Paid Media and e-commerce KPIs.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Prior significant experience in project management, account management, or client relations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken French.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in account growth or upsell is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Upload new creatives and set up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Configure campaign parameters, including ad sets, budgets, and audiences.
- Verify URLs, naming conventions, and budget settings prior to launch.
- Monitor and analyze Paid Media KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, and CPC.
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking files in Google Sheets.
- Coordinate various stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings.
- Analyze data to identify trends, resolve anomalies, and recommend concrete actions.
- Manage and develop client accounts over time.
