Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, program design, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market practices, and pay-for-performance frameworks.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with strong Excel and modeling capabilities.
- Deep understanding of salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation governance practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems, including data management and reporting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in a corporate environment or publicly traded organization preferred.
- Experience supporting incentive programs, including long-term incentives (LTI).
Responsibilities
- Support the design and evolution of base pay structures, annual incentive plans, and long-term incentive (LTI) frameworks.
- Administer base pay, incentive, and equity programs while coordinating with Payroll and Finance on payments and accounting.
- Evaluate roles to recommend salary grading, FLSA status, and pay levels.
- Provide guidance to HRBPs and managers regarding offer recommendations, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Manage compensation survey participation and analyze market data to inform decision-making.
- Partner with HRBPs to apply pay-for-performance guidelines within the performance management process.
- Prepare materials for the Board and Compensation Committee and manage audit inquiries.
