Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
- Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement.
- Proven experience selling digital marketing products such as Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Proven success in growing new business.
- Advanced knowledge of digital research tools and methodologies.
- Superior presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
- BA/BS degree.
- Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance (required).
- IAB Certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline and meet digital sales goals individually and for the team.
- Build relationships across local businesses and agencies to act as a trusted marketing partner.
- Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems with tailored, simple solutions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise in advertising solutions.
- Cultivate new business and collaborate with the team to grow existing accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end pre- and post-sale process to ensure results and client satisfaction.
- Interpret performance reports and provide data-driven campaign recommendations.
- Coach, mentor, and train the sales team on digital product offerings and industry trends.
