Requirements
- BA or BS in English, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and producing proposals.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or mission-critical industries preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases is desired.
- Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft templates to maintain corporate standards.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and multi-task under deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including extra hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall proposal development process from creation to bid submission.
- Collect and manage the development of proposal responses in collaboration with regional teams.
- Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others.
- Draft various response types including RFP responses, RFIs, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate metrics and Key Performance Indicators for proposals and team performance.
- Assist with continuous process improvement through after-action reviews and identification of lessons learned.
- Potentially lead part of the Proposal team.
