Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, including App Engine, scoped applications, UI Builder, Workspaces, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled workflow design.
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and implementing AI governance, guardrails, validation, testing, responsible AI controls, and operational monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST/API architecture, integration patterns, security, access design, and enterprise connectivity.
- Experience establishing platform governance, technical standards, and scalable implementation patterns for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or other regulated workflow environments is preferred.
- Practical experience with insurance core-system integration concepts is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define the overall ServiceNow application architecture and determine how solutions fit within customer ServiceNow environments.
- Design scalable patterns for scoped applications, workspaces, user experiences, workflows, integrations, and agentic AI.
- Establish how AI agents, workflows, business rules, integrations, human approvals, and user experiences interact across the platform.
- Define technical standards for configuration, extensions, governance, security, and platform guardrails.
- Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, acceptance criteria, testing, and operational monitoring requirements.
- Partner with customer technical teams to confirm environment readiness, connectivity, identity and access requirements, security considerations, and deployment approaches.
- Evaluate integration dependencies involving insurance core systems, policy administration, claims, broker and customer platforms, document systems, and other enterprise data sources.
- Support the assessment of REST/API patterns, IntegrationHub, data mapping, data readiness, and integration complexity in regulated environments.
- Remain actively involved throughout implementation to maintain architectural integrity and ensure solutions align with established standards.
